Esta Resolución obedece, según sus considerandos a que “en armonía con la normatividad aduanera emitida por la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, se determinó levantar la prohibición establecida en el numeral 5 del artículo 39-1 de la Resolución 070 del 28 de febrero de 2014, para el ingreso de chatarra ferrosa y no ferrosa por las jurisdicciones de las Direcciones Seccionales de Arauca, Cúcuta, Maicao, Riohacha y Puerto Carreño, para lo cual se elimina el mencionado numeral”.
